Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” "Superette" Superette. Superette offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the site. By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Products or Services

We make reasonable attempts to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Also, while we have made reasonable attempts to describe the products accurately and display the colours and images accurately, the actual colours you see may depend on your monitor or mobile device and may not be accurate as intended by us.

We put in our best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery. In most cases, we will notify you where a product is unavailable before you complete your order. However, you acknowledge that this is not possible in some cases, and we may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where we establish that it is unavailable for delivery. In such case, we will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such an unavailable product.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

2. Pricing

All our prices are indicated in euros, VAT included. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated at checkout. Although we make reasonable attempts to provide accurate pricing information about the products listed on our website, typographical errors and pricing mistakes may occur in pricing. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update price information and other information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

3. Order

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and accept to pay for the products, including applicable taxes and all shipping and handling charges. You represent that you are of legal age to use this website, or that your legal representative has given its consent to allow you to use our website. You ensure that all the information you supply to us through our website, or in relation to our website, is true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Once you have placed the order we will then send you an email confirming receipt of your order. You acknowledge that any automated email including the Confirmation Email shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services from our Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

When you place an order we will require your name, email address, credit or debit card, phone and address details and you may be asked to create an account. The information is required in order to process your request or inform you of your order. A contact phone number may also be required for delivery updates. Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend or correct any errors in delivery address or order items placed. We are also unable to apply any discounts or codes after the order has been placed. 

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. The total cost of your order and/or purchase shall be displayed to you on the checkout page. We must receive payment in advance before processing your order unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery. 

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped with UPS from Luxembourg. We currently deliver throughout Europe. Once your order is approved, we will dispatch it within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country. When shipping the parcel(s) we will provide you with the tracking number by email. You will thus be able to track your order via our transporter’s website. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only. ‍If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@superette.world.

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated once you have provided your address. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel. The fees will be shown to you as a separate charge on the shipping confirmation page before you confirm your order. 

Orders delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and other taxes. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. Superette does not have any control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. Please check with your local customs office before purchase for further information and a cost estimate.

Shipping will be made to the address you have specified during your order process on our website. You are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address when processing your order. 

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our shipping options altogether.

We will ordinarily only make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the delivery. In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, we expressly disclaim all liability, which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature.

6. Returns and refund

We really hope you’re happy with your order and don’t have any need to return it. Should you change your mind, please send an email to hello@superette.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and a few details on the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned to us unopened or unused and in the condition as supplied to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been opened or damaged we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return. 

When returning an item, a trackable shipping method is required. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Damaged or wrong items

We're very sorry to hear this. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@superette.world if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send us your order number and a photograph of the damaged or wrong item(s) and we’ll sort this out for you.

8. User comments, feedback and other submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send feedback, creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

9. Copyright and intellectual property

The content of this website (www.superette.world) is protected by the intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, browse and use the Website and the Content. You may not access, copy, download, distribute, modify, republish, broadcast, embed into any other website or otherwise use, deal with or exploit any part of the Website or Content without the prior written consent of SUPERETTE WORLD SARL-S.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Luxembourg. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said contracts will be exclusively handled by the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
