We can deliver your order right to your door (or to a local pick up point around you). From Luxembourg to Lisbon, Paris to Rome, Berlin to Brussels — we’ve got you covered.
Not just yet! For now, we’re shipping exclusively within the EU. But don’t worry, we dream of going global one day 🌍✨
We pack your goodies within 24–72 hours (business days only). ⏳
After that, the travel time depends on your delivery option + country:
1) Parcel shop delivery is usually a touch faster 🚴
2) Home delivery may take a smidge longer 🚚

Oh no! 😱 If one of your items arrives damaged, don’t panic. Take a few photos of the product and the packaging, and send them to us along with your order number and a brief description of the broken item via email (hello@superette.world) or WhatsApp (+352 621 547 630). We’ll make sure to sort it out quickly and find a solution as soon as possible.
Please contact us by the day after delivery at the latest — after that, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process your request.
